Introduction

New Malashree English School, established in 2069 BS (2013 AD) in the memory of  "Malshree Dhoon" (which is Newa artform) that musicians perform devotional music based on classical raag and taal system as the music of dashain originated in  Newa community in the era 17th century.  This school is located at Tokha Municipality ward no. 3, Kathmandu, Nepal, about 4.5 KM away from Buspark river road. This school is dedicated to produce bright and brilliant minds for future, has a glorious history of decade now. It has witnessed changes in the educational system, curriculum and pedagogy, and every time it has adapted itself to evolving approaches to schooling. This school is a Government recognized English medium school which lays a strong foundation in English imparting quality education in modern lines. 

The school has well furnished class room from Nursery to grade ten with aim to upgrade all the way to Grade XII and Higher Education in upcoming days. We aim to fulfill the dream of local people to provide the education of international standard to their kids in modern Global context. The school is facilitated with all necessary educational materials. NMES emphasizes the development of soft and hard skills through its sports and co-curricular activities that have done justice to children in multiple ways and contributed to realizing their immense innate potential.

Admission Policy

The For classes I to IX, deserving candidate who qualify through an aptitude test and an interview are granted admission, subject to the availability of seats and acceptance of all the rules outlined by school.

School Policies

The school starts at 9:30 am and ends at 4:00 pm (Additional supportive and constructive classes can be run as per the necessities of children in morning and evening). A variety of teaching methods are applied by experienced and dedicated teachers and administration personnel to ensure optimum learning of knowledge.

Financial regulations
  • NEW Admission fee are charged for the new comers only.
  • Annual fees are charge in the bill of the first month of each academic year.
  • There will be no reduction in tuition fee for the broken period.
  • Exam fee, Lab Fee, Transportations fee, Stationeries Fee, ECA fee, Lunch/Snacks Fee, Medical Fee will be charged separately in the monthly bills.
  • Students whose fees are over dues for long time (more than one month) will be debarred from appearing any examination.
Examination AND Assessments Policy

The academic session is divided into four terms. Fortnightly assessments are arranged to keep a track of the student's progress. We apply both formative and summative assessments to ensure optimum attainment and progress of every student.

Attendance Policy

The students must maintain 90 percent attendance of the total class days. Failing to do so may result in the student having to repeat or terminate class.

Building a strong sense of community and friendship is essential for each student to achieve his/her potential. Our education programs reinforce the sense of community and involve our students in community service so that they can learn to co-operate other and develop moral values.
